What is Puppy Yoga?

Puppy Yoga is a 45 minute yoga class for all levels, followed by 30 minutes of time spent hanging out with puppies.

How many puppies will there be?

In each session, there will be anywhere from 6 to 12 puppies on average. This is variable dependent on the size of litters that are coming in.

Where do you find the puppies?

We try to work with shelters and fosters as much as we can. So long as they have puppies and can prove they are safe, have their shots and things of that nature, that is who we want to work with the most. The times when we are not able to work with rescues and fosters, we work with reputable breeders in the area.

All breeders have to undergo a screening process before they are approved.

Can pregnant women participate?

Puppy yoga is generally safe, although we do recommend talking with your healthcare provider to be sure.

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

We do! That being said, you need to cancel at least two days in advance for a refund, otherwise we are not able to.

Question 6

Can I bring my own Puppy?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, no. All of the puppies that come to our events have to have a set of health certifications and we have to have other legal matters figured out before hand.

How old do I have to be?

10 years old to attend and 16 years old to attend without a guardian present.
